We act as intermediaries and distributors of tickets and tourism services, collaborating with authorized providers to facilitate ticket sales in the European market, offering information and support in multiple languages. Any reference to the Seine River is used exclusively for descriptive and informative purposes, to correctly identify the tourism experience and facilitate ticket acquisition for visitors.
3. Price Information
The official price for the general entry to the Seine River is 18 euros at the ticket office, 17 euros online, and 8 euros for children, as set by the institution.
The price displayed on the Website corresponds to the total amount to be paid by the User, which includes both the ticket price and the management and intermediary fees applicable for services provided by Artem World Tours S.L.
These intermediary fees may vary depending on the type of service, date, demand, or provider conditions.
Thus, the total price displayed during the purchase process already includes all applicable concepts and taxes, representing the final amount that the User must pay to acquire the service.
Prices may change without notice due to provider adjustments or discrepancies.
4. Terms of Use
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with current legislation, good faith, morality, and public order, as well as the provisions of this document.
The use of the Website for illicit, fraudulent purposes, or that could harm the rights or interests of Artem World Tours S.L. or third parties is expressly prohibited.
The User is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided during registration, purchase, or contact processes.
5. Purchase and Contracting Process
1. The User may select the available tourist services and add them to their purchase process.
2. Once the reservation is confirmed, the User will receive a confirmation email with the details thereof.
3. Payment will be made through the secure payment platforms enabled on the Website.
4. It is the User's responsibility to carefully review the conditions of the contracted service (dates, times, meeting point, restrictions, etc.) before confirming the purchase.
5. Confirmation of payment implies acceptance of the purchase conditions.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Each tourist service may have specific cancellation and refund conditions, which will be clearly indicated during the booking process and must be accepted by the User before completing the purchase.

- No refunds will be issued in the event of the User’s failure to appear at the agreed date, time, or place.
- In the event of cancellation by Artem World Tours S.L. or inability to provide the service, the User may choose between:
- A full refund of the amount paid, provided that the tickets have not yet been processed, or
- Rescheduling the activity at no additional cost, where possible.
Refunds due to customer error
In cases where the User requests a refund due to a personal error in the booking or data entry, provided that the tickets have not been processed, the refunded amount will be subject to a deduction for administration and refund fees.
These fees include, among others, administrative costs and payment gateway commissions, which are non-refundable for Artem World Tours S.L.. The amount of these charges may vary depending on the payment method used and will be communicated to the User before processing the refund.
Ticket processing
For these purposes, tickets shall be considered processed once they have been issued, confirmed, or communicated to the relevant provider, regardless of whether the User has made actual use of them.
External providers
Artem World Tours S.L. shall not be responsible for cancellation or refund conditions imposed by third-party providers once the tickets have been processed, as such conditions are subject to the policies of the relevant provider.
Force majeure
Cancellations resulting from force majeure events or decisions taken by public authorities that prevent the proper provision of the service shall not be considered attributable to Artem World Tours S.L..
7. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All Website content (texts, images, logos, design, navigation structure, databases, and source code) are the property of Artem World Tours S.L. or its legitimate holders.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of the content without the express authorization of its holders is prohibited.
