The Website aims to provide tourism intermediary services, including the sale, booking, and management of tickets, tours, and cultural experiences.

This is not the official website of the Seine River nor part of that institution. We act as intermediaries and distributors of tickets and tourism services, collaborating with authorized providers to facilitate ticket sales in the European market, offering information and support in multiple languages. Any reference to the Seine River is used exclusively for descriptive and informative purposes, to correctly identify the tourism experience and facilitate ticket acquisition for visitors.

The official price for the general entry to the Seine River is 18 euros at the ticket office, 17 euros online, and 8 euros for children, as set by the institution.

The price displayed on the Website corresponds to the total amount to be paid by the User, which includes both the ticket price and the management and intermediary fees applicable for services provided by Artem World Tours S.L.

These intermediary fees may vary depending on the type of service, date, demand, or provider conditions.

Thus, the total price displayed during the purchase process already includes all applicable concepts and taxes, representing the final amount that the User must pay to acquire the service.

Prices may change without notice due to provider adjustments or discrepancies.

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with current legislation, good faith, morality, and public order, as well as the provisions of this document.

The use of the Website for illicit, fraudulent purposes, or that could harm the rights or interests of Artem World Tours S.L. or third parties is expressly prohibited.

The User is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided during registration, purchase, or contact processes.

1. The User may select the available tourist services and add them to their purchase process.

2. Once the reservation is confirmed, the User will receive a confirmation email with the details thereof.

3. Payment will be made through the secure payment platforms enabled on the Website.

4. It is the User's responsibility to carefully review the conditions of the contracted service (dates, times, meeting point, restrictions, etc.) before confirming the purchase.

5. Confirmation of payment implies acceptance of the purchase conditions.

Each tourist service may have specific cancellation and refund conditions, which will be clearly informed during the booking process and must be expressly accepted by the User before completing the purchase.

No refunds will be issued in the event of the User's failure to appear at the agreed date, time, or place for the provision of the service.

When cancellation or inability to provide the service is attributable to Artem World Tours S.L., the User shall have the right to choose between:

• A full refund of the amount paid, without deduction of expenses or commissions, provided that tickets or services have not been processed by third-party providers.
• Rescheduling of the activity at no additional cost, when such option is possible.

A cause attributable to Artem World Tours S.L. shall be considered that derived from internal organizational decisions, management errors, or any circumstance under its direct control that prevents the proper provision of the service.

In cases where the User requests a refund due to their own error in making the booking, entering data, or selecting the contracted service, and provided that tickets or services have not been processed, the refunded amount may be subject to deduction of the applicable management and processing fees.

Such fees may include, among others:

• Administrative costs.
• Commissions applied by the payment gateway.
• Any other expense directly derived from the management of the reservation.

Commissions applied by financial entities or payment platforms are not refundable by Artem World Tours S.L. The exact amount of deductions will be communicated to the User before processing the refund.

For purposes of this policy, tickets or services shall be considered processed when they have been issued, confirmed, or communicated to the corresponding provider, regardless of whether the User has made actual use of them.

Once tickets or services have been processed, cancellation and refund conditions may be subject to the policies of the corresponding external provider.

Artem World Tours S.L. acts in certain cases as an intermediary between the User and third-party providers.

Once tickets or services have been processed by such providers, Artem World Tours S.L. shall not be responsible for the cancellation or refund conditions imposed by these, the same being subject to the specific policies of the corresponding provider.

However, Artem World Tours S.L. shall provide the User with the necessary information and collaborate in the management of any request to the provider when possible.

Cancellations arising from force majeure causes shall not be considered attributable to Artem World Tours S.L., including, among others:

• Decisions or restrictions adopted by public authorities.
• Emergency health situations.
• Conflicts, natural disasters, or unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances that prevent the provision of the service.

In such cases, the solutions provided for by current regulations shall apply and, where appropriate, the policies of the corresponding provider.

All Website content (texts, images, logos, design, navigation structure, databases, and source code) are the property of Artem World Tours S.L. or its legitimate holders.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of the content without the express authorization of its holders is prohibited.

The Website may include links to third-party websites. Artem World Tours S.L. is not responsible for the content, policies, or reliability of such sites, which will be governed by their own terms and conditions.

The User undertakes to:

• Not engage in fraudulent activities or those that could damage the company's image.
• Provide truthful and updated information.
• Comply with the specific conditions of each contracted service.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the suspension or cancellation of contracted services without right to compensation.

Artem World Tours S.L. does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Website, nor is it responsible for possible errors, interruptions, or technical failures that may affect access or operation of the site.

Nor will it be responsible for delays or breaches arising from force majeure causes (strikes, armed conflicts, natural disasters, etc.).

The processing of personal data is governed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website, and prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. In case of dispute, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
